Are purchases excluded from exchange?

Items are excluded from exchange only if they have been used.

When will I receive my order?

We will ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are also displayed at checkout, but amount to approx. €10 depending on the location. Shipping is free for orders over €100.
